No theft in 9 month's except for a 2 x group of foreign labour ( as in from another country and did not speak a word of english ) who took it upon themselves to steal dewalt laser levels etc and were caught on cctv.
When the english guys on site try and get out the gates with stolen goods i will hold my hands up until them i am afraid the foreign labour ( as thats what they are ) i will blame.
So you are saying that as far as you're concerned "English" people don't steal. And until you have seen some evidence to suggest otherwise, you will continue to believe that "English" people don't steal. Look mate I'm not going to mince my words - you're a racist. And don't give me this ol' bollox "I'm not a racist I'm a xenophobe or bigot" You're a racist, simple as.
There have been plenty of convictions of English people for theft. So don't expect to spurt racist bollox and go unchallenged.
One of the things which I have always found quite startling is how racism is neigh on non-existent on British building sites. Which owes a great deal no doubt to the fact that building sites would be a deeply unpleasant environment for a racist - how many "English" people work on your site ?
You must be very bitter and angry working alongside these "thieving foreigners", so why don't you bugger off and work somewhere else ?
I certainly wouldn't want to work alongside a bigot like you, and no, I'm not "English". I don't know what trade you are but considering the general level of interaction needed between the trades for the smooth running of a building site, people like you are a poisonous pain in the arse.
People pick up the hostile attitudes of bigots and I wouldn't be entirely surprised if you haven't been targeted because of that, not that it would in anyway make it justified of course. Or are you going to tell me your that opinion foreigners are thieves has been successfully hidden from everyone and they all think you're a really great guy ?
Anyway, seriously, have a look at Cash Converters or any other local tool shop which sells second hand tools - it's well worth a punt. If they were nicked from your van off-site then it would suggest that it is a local person rather than someone on site. Nicking tools while someone is having their tea break is generally easier than nicking them from a van. Good luck
