…’Bedlam’ on sky on demand. Well, that’s quite a few hours of my life I’ll never get back. It did however, get me thinking about the years I spent training in one of the old county asylums (Stanley Royd in Wakefield) which, like so many other others, has now been converted into ‘executive apartments’. I’m not so sure I’d want to live in one, considering the history of the place, but would love to go and have a look round, just for old times sake.
