    ………springs that keep the ball bearings from dropping down inside the uturn top cap, anyone know what I need to replace it?

    You can get them in a kit with a replacement knob, but it is £22.

    Gah, I’d rather live with the sticky knob.

    How many have you got left? Dunno if it was cos it’s an OEM Pike for Specialized, but mine only had one spring and bb in it to start with and it worked fine. Now I’ve lost that one though and the U-turn seems to be slipping down sometimes so it looks like its the knob kit for me 🙁
