    Stats, I didn’t say Nicolai’s were cheap. Although cheaper than many Santa Cruz frames.

    Recently built up a spearfish and it fits my hole perfectly!

    There’s enough give in the back to make it comfy for long rides but it doesn’t remove you from the feel of the trail. I bought it on a whim to swap over with my Solaris when I’m in the mood.

    I ride the South Downs which,I think, would be a bit dull with any more travel (I have a 150mm 26 as well that I use more for titting about.)

    Trek superfly 100 al.

    Aluminium and 110mm of travel,Carbon version has 100mm.

    Time to test ride mine..

    +1 on the whyte m109s. Have got mine set up correctly now – long and low.
    Longtime since I’ve got off at the bottom of a descent and yelled outloud 🙂

    been riding RM element for a good few hours now and have to say great bike, all Marmoset says, for me better than a lot of 26er 140/150 travel bikes.
    26er Yeti is still there for me as a complete change but the RM deals with all I can ride at the moment fast needed to put on better brakes now need a better fork than 100mm Manitou qr front wheel.

    go and try they make a lot of sense for most UK riders

    buy clink’s superlight, they ride great with 120mm up front
