    Taken it apart, cleaned it out and greased it up?

    Mine seized, I replaced with these mt zoom ones.

    strip, clean, grease, re-assemble.

    Only worth replacing when teeth worn out

    Get the tacx or bbb ones when the teeth are worn.

    tacx are good and there’s often deals on them – including the ceramic bearing version which I found to be very good.
