Probably been asked a million times but has anyone bought one of these cheap posts off eBay?

I have one and haven’t died yet! you need to grease the threads a little but i use it on a hardtail and its fine so far!

A mate has one, very bendy but in a really nice compliant way, still perfectly straight and looks like a good bit of kit to me.
He’s was 27.2mm and weighed-in at 198g if your interested.

Think I shall take the plunge. Looked into all manner of posts and someone has had (insert make)break on them.

I had one no probs with breakage etc. Did find the 27.2 a ridiculous tight fit tho, not sure if just mine or a prob others have had?

Really like mine- springy…

Rob is right though, make sure you grease the threads or they squeak!
