What’s the issue with horse flesh in the UK? It’s bloody lovely. Like beef steak but a bit sweeter.

I’ve zero problem with it. Its utter waste to destroy horses etc when people are starving or can’t afford meat in their weekly shop.

How about dog?

I haven’t tried it yet but if it was me and fido left from the plane crash on the glacier I soon would.

Yes some are shot, but not many… & the majority will be old/end of life animals, no one serves that type of meat…

It doesn’t taste very nice. Kind of like greasy tasteless lamb was the impression I got so I won’t be having it again.

Squirrel wasn’t so good, less good than rabbit. I guess that’s why we don’t eat squirrels.

it has to one of the most off-putting foods within the Teutonic world. a mashed up mix of pureed “something”. even the locals don’t know what is in it….

Well I love eating Liver. MrsHora recoils at that, thinks its hideous so I can’t complain about actual good quality meat like Horse etc.
