Aha ha..
Last nights ride was a tiring one, 3 pnctures, a rabid dog and a bee sting on my nose all helped to enhance the pain in my legs. Quite an amazing ride though, sweat like an ikle piggywiggy and drank two bottles (though half of one poured over my head) HArd work up the trails into the woods where the foresty commission have rap*d the trees back (boooohoooo) and back down the river home..
Too tired to eat much so cheese and crackers and ripe tomatoes for supper..Yummmmmmmy.

Another glorious day darn sarf and yes, we’re on the beach again already. Tide is right out so a bit of crab hunting is occurring 🙂 fortunately for the crabs my lads are incapable of being quiet so plenty of opportunity for them to scuttle off.

We are all appearing in a cycling photoshoot this afternoon then it’s a barbecue on the beach early evening with a few friends.

Summertime + time off work = ace 🙂
