  • IT help please: Xerox 6015N won't work with my iMac

    When my old PC started getting wheezy I decided to get a new iMac early this year. At the time there were no drivers for the Xerox 6015N available.

    Today I found the driver for OSX 10.8 here so I downloaded and installed, rebooted … and nothing.

    When I try to print (even the test page) the fax dialogue box pops up (I haven’t asked to send a fax) which I cancel, and then nothing prints. Strangely, it can’t tell me the supply levels but does know when the printer is connected.

    Any clues for things a humble user can do to sort this out?
