    Some time ago I printed out a route guide from our home laptop and printer. Nothing unusual there. However, every time we now print some off t’web we get the heading from the route guide printed on each page. Printing from MS Word is unaffected. I assume some data has been retained in somewhere. Any ideas on how I can resolve this?

    sounds like a browser problem rather than a printer problem. Try a different browser or clear history / cookies and relaunch.

    Probably the print stylesheet on the actual website you’re using.
