IS to Post caliper adaptor

First apologies I think I saw this being asked a while back but cannot find the thread.

I want to fit a IS front brake caliper (old style XTR 160mm) to a Post Mounting fork (Fox Talas QR15).

Anyone else done this or similar, know where I can get the correct adaptor?

I did a similar thing last night, i.e. old Hope M4 IS caliper to a Fox Vanilla Post mount fork.

In order to do it, I had to increase the rotor size by approx 20mm, i.e. 185 to 203.

Not sure if this is peculiar to Hope, but I expect not, as it is governed by the different geometry/spacing of the IS and Post mount systems.

CRC has every type of adaptor except the one I need.

They have this one

.....which fits a 170mm rotor (i never knew they did 170mm rotors), will this work if I upsize my rotor?
