    I don’t have any new puns, but the article is irritating, it hardly transformed his life, it nearly killed him, he became a bit of a dick, floundered for a few years and then sorted himself out, meh.

    Similar thing happened to me when I didn’t properly isolate the extractor fan in the bathroom before changing it.

    I got a 240V belt.
    I was grumpy for a bit.
    I went and made tea.

    I think it is proportional to the size of the shock though.

    One might say he went off the rails.

    We had a kid at school who had done this – he returned to school after about a year off with his face totally scarred from the burns. The pain hat kid must’ve gone through. Nasty. This was in the 70s/80s and kids are still playing on live rails. Duh.
