Nope mine was ordered on the 10th and dispatched the 27th.
I did get a £5 voucher for my troubles/constant chasing

mine was ordered 15th Dec and still not dispatched..cancelled order today. Customer services where hopeless in giving me any idea when it would be sent.

Merlin cycles, ordered 3pm on the 22nd Dec, arrived 12 midday 23rd Dec.

Ordered something from them on the 19th (evening), arrived on the 21st
Even better still.. ordered a chainguide on ebay from Hong Kong on the 18th, free delivery.....arrived today!

UK Bike Store- Order placed Thursday 3rd Feb, told an item'd restock in March, still no item by April, no response to further emails so cancelled order. Item shipped on 5th October!

No relevance but I ordered something from Charlie the Bikemonger on the 24th (very late)(I was drunk) and had an email earlier saying it had been dispatched.
Cant say fairer than that.

Ordered some gloves from CRC on the morning 23rd - arrived on Xmas eve! Amazing as usual.
