Than an impatiently made bacon sandwich with bacon that's not been cooked enough? I tried to eat it but just couldn't. Had to dismantle it and put the bacon back under the grill for another 2 mins.

Seond place would go to cornflakes with sour milk poured on without looking properly. 1 mouth full of a breakfast from hell.

Making a nice cup of tea with the last teabag and then watching in horror as a lump or sour cheesy milk falls out of the carton into the cup.
I happened once and I nearly cried.

The first time I met the inlaws and stayed at their house I asked for some sugar for my cereal. They don't eat sugar, so they had a rummage and found a bag in the back of a cupboard.

Poured it on my cereal. Put it in my coffee.

Noticed it was absolutely crawling with sugar mites!

Not wanting to make a fuss I stifled a girly scream and ate it anyway.

Milk skin and/or cocoa skin is yummy, as are custard skin and rice pudding skin. Gravy skin is just plain nasty though.

Incidentally, having just had a shower, I've thought of another. Freshly showered, reach for the towel, start to dry yourself and find your fingers wrapped with your other halfs 2ft long hairs that got stuck to the towel when she brushed her hair near it. Somehow theres almost nothing more vile than wet hairs wrapped around your fingers, or worse stuck half-in-half-out of your throat!

What's really annoying is that I was just making a sandwich and had to walk through to the living room. So I did so carrying the jar of mustard I'd just opened. And dropped it.

Now normally mustard isn't exactly in a hurry to get out the jar – you can turn it upside down and hold it easily. But about half the jar splashed out across the room – including landing on a clean white shirt 😕
