I am just back from a spin class and I am a bit knackered.
I am finding it a bit more motivating than the turbo in the freezing cold garage back home.
I am trapped in a hotel in Glasgow Monday to Friday with a fairly decent gym to use for free so I thought why not.

Anyone on here a fan of spin over turbo?

I do both, and prefer spinning classes by about one million percent.

Prefer spinning too. Had an addiction a few years back to it, did 5 or 6 classes in 4nights a week for ages. So much more motivating than the turbo. Turbo is for days when I don’t want to leave the house due to rain/wind.
