I felt pain in my left leg when im prolong standing (or attack position 🙄 ) when im going downhill singletrack like the whole downhill of degla black for example.. Is my left leg not strong enough or my foot position is wrong?.. im riding flats..and my right leg is ok.. Im average fitness i think, i can pedal the whole dragons back in CYB without walking in any section.

You’ll probably find its your “leading foot”. Try alternating between left and right legs occasionally. It may feel a bit odd to start with, but you’ll get the hang of it.

Yep, likely to be your “chocolate foot” that’s feeling the strain. Good to switch legs from time to time, both to even out the effort and also to help your technique.

Thanks for the reply, so i guess this is normal then.. Will try switching foot.
