Plugged in my battery to charge when I got to work today and when I came to ride home it was out of juice :(. Made for an exciting ride through the woods (pretty confident now that since I didn’t get killed by any monsters tonight I’m pretty safe generally).

I’ve plugged it in again at home but its not charging. Is it knackered or is there something I can do to get it going again? Bit of a shame because I’ve been using it a while and its never skipped a beat

Has it been out of use for a bit, e.g. over summer?

If it’s a li-ion it may have discharged beyond the point of no return.

They can be saved, but you need to know exactly what you are doing.

No ive been using it for a few weeks now with no problems.

Starting to wonder whether something has come loose.

I’ve emailed the chap who sold me the light so maybe I can send it back and have him look at it

I have tried two chargers now as well 🙁 oh well I’ll just have to use my helmet light on the bars for a bit.
