    Jail breaking IPOD Touch, doesn't seem to be working, any top tips at the moment there's no repsonse formthe unit at all 🙁

    What is it you plan to do with the iPod Touch once it is "jailbroken"?

    Which jailbreak software did he try to use?
    And what version of the firmware is on it?
    (you can find out from Settings->General->About->Version)

    What's Jailbreaking?

    Basically it lets you install and run apps that have not been approved and vetted by Apple. Such apps can do things that App Store apps are not allowed to do (such as run in the background, record video, mess with the lock screen etc).

    I wouldn't bother, unless you just like to mess about with things.

    If it's not responding you'll probably need to boot it in DFU mode & recover it.
