Literally had it less than 2 minutes and managed to empty the contents of the box into a puddle and smash the screen so badly its not even readable.

Where would you recommend getting this done in Bristol and how much will it cost?

    Cheers!

Apple store – £75. They’ll probably give you a new phone.

If it is really brand new then I’d go to the Apple store. Any back street place and you’ll lose the warranty which on a phone of that value is worth holding onto. They might even take pity on you.

Also only Apple will use genuine screens.

Apple Store at Cribs took my phone in, I had had it repaired before my a mate of a mate.
Phone was working but screen was cracked.
They didn’t ask about previous repairs.
Took screen off, broke it completely.
Realised it was not genuine put it back on, and handed the phone back to me and said sorry nothing we can do with this mate!
I was a bit unhappy, manager finally agreed a replacement, after much negotiation…
Overall, take it to the Apple Store. Get a Genius Bar appointment, they will do it in an hour or so.

Actually found Apple Store to be the cheapest for my iphone 6 anyway
Was a no brainer with the warranty
