Which one will be supported by Apple and Tune In radio the longest?
Will be used as an ipod and to listen to catch up on the radio. All of our docks take the old school 30 pin what not. We did try a convertor from new to old but it was rubbish.
Which will have more usable storage between a 64 ipod or iPhone? I’m assuming the phone must have some of its storage filled up with phone technology.

Thought about upgrading the storage on the ipod? Mines 128GB SD flash now.
Less risk of a disk failure and if it does, you can just replace the card.
Trouble is with the old iphones is the battery goes (not a major issue if in a dock) and you keep getting prompted for updates which slow it down.

(oh hang on – TuneIn? You mean an iPod Touch don’t you? bah! )

Dez I don’t own either of the products yet, just wondering which will have the longest shelf life.

Do you mean an iPod Classic? Much of a muchness between the 2 if you mean a Touch.

I wouldn’t get either – both a bit ancient now.

Now my post looks dumb! 🙂

I’ve got an old dock like you and use a iPhone 4 with it. Old Touches don’t seem to last as well. (Bluetooth with a newer Touch is what you need really.)
