It's a good idea and I appreciate the text is supposed to be ironic but its use is hardly going to stop the use of 'road tax' as an expression.

I'd prefer a 'It's not road tax, it's Vehicle Excise Duty! You **** cock!'

Which just slips off the tongue.

'It's not road tax, it's Vehicle Excise Duty' should be on a T shirt, along with 'Haven't you got anything better to do?'

I'm probably fat enough forb them to fit all that on one line too…..
