I’ve got the 9.3 beta on my ipad …… one of the features trumpeted by Allple is the ability to now add multiple users ( long overdue ) ….. but I’m fecked if I can actually see any option to do it ????

    Anyone else got it ?

    Any ideas?

Ummm… I don’t think that’s what you think it is.

The multi-user stuff is for school environments, to support multiple students. It’s not for general home use.

    Some details here:

Isn’t there some sort of forum for iOS/OS X beta testers to swap notes on?

Yeah it’s an odd one to be missing isn’t it?
I guess they’d prefer everyone in the family to buy their own iPad and use Family Sharing!

I don’t even need full-blown multi-user support – I’d be quite happy with a simple “Kids Mode” that could be quickly engaged to apply a different set of Restrictions and only show the apps you allow.

(Guided Access is useful for small kids but even my two year old likes to switch to different apps herself).
