Anybody use them? How good are they? I have a couple Tijoro knives and really like them. I use them every day but would like something special..

I’ve got one, but haven’t had it for longer than a month. I prefer it to the Globals I’ve used and a few other brands that I tried in the shop where I got it. Not sure I’d bother with the set, I mean who needs a £50 bread knife!

Do you need the entire set?

I think it is better off buying one or two good ones than the entire set.

Do you mean Tojiro (not sure tijoros)? If so they are pretty good and you should stick with them if you are not upgrading.

But if you fancy some really good carbon knives then check out this website. I bought few knives from them and they are trustworthy. Price is reasonable.
