    I did a MAP test (maximal aerobic power) to determine my zones and it means I can repeat it every 4 weeks so see if my zones have changed.

    yes, I think I need to delve more into the world of how to use the thing properly.

    89kg so I suspect my call up for the Tour may not be forthcoming.
