Dunno about cleaver but I have been trying to sort out the same thing myself. Think you are OK with the Cane Creek and PZ Racing ones.
Think the FSA one is not semi-integrated/zero stack/integral but internal (bearings rest in head tube, not in a cup) and not sure which Pro-Lite one you would need.
I was thinking of Cane Creek ones simply because it is a knackered Cane Creek (OEM unsealed thing) on my bike at the moment.

hmmm interesting. I dunno now?! This is my attempt at learning about building up bikes. So far, all I’ve done is take out an existing bottom bracket. 2 months down the line. HAHA

Found it here at Park Tools and you were right, they are the same.
Glad you asked so I had another look “might” make it easier when I do mine.

So will any of the above be ok?

Ah, well, ermmm, yes? It is all a bit confusing isn’t it? Personally I am going to buy one, remove mine, and check it against the new one whilst it is still wrapped. Not sure of difference between Cane Creek and Semi-integrated on the Pro-Lite one.
What is on your bike now?

My bike is a meta 5.5 (2008). But the headset is for a combi disc 2007. (frame). There isn’t one on it but the guy i bought it off told me it should be semi integrated.
