Hi,
For sale is an 07/08 Intense M3 Frame, Medium, gloss black, 150mm rear end. It comes with a 6 month old Manitou Swinger 6-way shock with 400lbs spring.
Included is:
Seat post/seat post clamp
Pretty much brand new Hope headset, new style. Really impressive sealing!
Intense Rear axle - Cost 40 quid new, is very light.
150mm drop outs - Mech hanger is dead straight. Never been bashed or tweaked straight.
A problem with Intense is the back ends.... they can get cracks in one place. This happened over the summer, and had a brand new back and top link put on it thanks to its warranty. So over half the bike is brand new.
Bearings are running smooth, not notchy feeling when I had the shock out.
There are scratches in the paint and decals, all from bloody uplift trailers! But I can honestly say they don't look at all bad in real life. I clean my bike religiously, and if they were that bad i would have gotten new decals.
With the shock comes brand new heavy duty mount kit from TF Tuned, for top and bottom shock holes. I didn't put these on as I changed shock... so you have brand new bushings and mount kit These will have to be used because the bottom bushing and mount kit wore each other out due to mud. They do work fine, just you have play in the bushing, and if you put a new bushing in, the mounts will wear it out quickly. So i advise you to put the new TF Tuned heavy duty mount kit on straight away. Just thought i'd be honest!
I'll leave the chainstay innertube guard on as its a bit fiddly to get it around all the curves!
I really do love this bike, rides SO nicely. So plush, soaks up everything and corners amazingly. 9.5" travel you would think that it would handle terribly in technical stuff, but that is where it rode best! Am selling it because I have managed to get a sponsor for 2010 season, so need to sell it for new frame and races!
I'd like £1100 posted for it. The new back end and top link means this bike will go on for a long time! They are solid bikes and has lasted my very well.
Any questions, PM on here, post on the thread, or e-mail me: scwboardman[at]hotmail.co.uk

You can see how good the paint is by the reflection!
