Reminds me of when I had an email from Hoover following a complaint I made.
The email had been forwarded by some oink, & scrolling down the oinks manager had asked her to “Pacify this bloody whinger”.
The wife pissed herself laughing as she reckons they were right… 🙂

I must phone my insurers later to complain about the fact that after I gave them £1,000 they did not actually insure any risks for me. Presumably whichever polyester-clad mouth-breathing troll I speak to will deny it is in any way their fault and call me a ladies reproductive part as soon as I put the phone down.
