    @matt_outandabout – AlpKit are launching a new jacket supposedly like the old Krypton jacket. I used to have the Montane Duality jacket, they were great too

    How does the former Krypton compare with something like the Rab VR Alpine Lite

    I have the new version of the Montane Dyno stretch. It’s good, although I’d say the cut is much better for walking (and layering up) than it is for biking. I prefer my MH Super Chockstone jacket for biking

    The Pertex Classic outer on the Krypton is far more windproof than the Pertex Equilibrium outer on the VR Lite.
    Inner wicking fabric looks the same in both.
