    Hi guys,

Heading up to Innerleithen this weekend, doing one days uplift on the Saturday and then planning on exploring away from the trail centre on the sunday. Does anyone have any tips on where the best trails are? It would be good to find some of the trails used in the EWS over the last few years.

    Cheers in advance.

    Definitely Strava.

The Golfy trails that were in the EWS are called Waterworld and Repeat Offender (from this year), and for last year you’ve got 3G + Splash and Dash for one, and Jawbone + Walk Or Burn for the other. Golfy is pretty easy to navigate tbh though you’ve got a fair chance of ending up on the wrong trail since there’s millions of them. (tbh Repeat Offender’s good fun but it’s not a standout golfy trail, the others are genius)

The trailcentre side used the Classic and a big mess of dh trails this year. Classic starts on the red route then into the black, and turns off the trailcentre into the trees. Last year’s needs you to ride in reverse down the red climb so it’s not ideal but tbh that bit was crap anyway, the meat of the stage was Prespacker then Prospacker- Prespacker starts off the main red climb.

Oh and both years there was a dh stage but they’re basically unrecreatable, they went all over the hill- so if you want to do that, just do a bunch of dh trails.
