I have just bought a bike with plus size tires 27.5×3.00, Im going to run tubeless but like to carry a spare, does any one know where I can get tubes from, wiggle don’t go up to that size. also wanted one of those endure type mudguards that fasten to the for but struggling to find one of those for plus size tires

Just get a standard 27.5 tube, it’ll work fine. Mucky nutz do a fat fender, might be a bit big though.

will that inflate a 3 inch tire?

Ive run a 26×2.3 in a 4″ tyre before, it’ll work.

Yeah, std 26″ fine. Inflate one outside of a tyre to prove it!

Try inflating the tube outside the tyre, just on its own. It’ll go up pretty big!
