I bought something from one of the bike online bike retailers and have been supplied totally the wrong items. The items supplied are of a high value and i have since notified the company of the mistake.
They have asked me to send the items back at my expense, which they will generously refund upon receipt of the wrong items.
To send them back involves a fair amount of hassle and incidental costs to me, am i within my rights to demand that if they want it back that they should collect it and deliver the bits i wanted (for this weekend) at the same time??

If it's their mistake(which you say it is and they have acknowledged it) then yes i would day that they should pick up.

You could just send them back at your leisure and take the refund though.

I would have imagined this would be easier than them specifying a 9-5 pick up one day from the original address.

have you called them to speak to them?
