Please can you recommend me an in car bluetooth system? Not too expensive! Thanks.

To listen to music or for hands free calls? What connectors do you have on the car stereo?

I use this to connect my iphone via bluetooth, but really just for music. For calls I’d probably look at some of the parrot stuff.

    Sorry. It’s for calls.

    parrot give good voice quality.
Good selection of new (and probably used off ebay – a friend bought a colour display one off ebay for reasonable money)

I’ve had a couple of different ones before. Parrot was by far the best.

Do you want a new head unit or just an adaptor?

IME JVC head units with built in Bluetooth are great. Not expensive and can play music via the BT as well.

It’s for Mrs. C. She currently has an earpiece but would prefer a BT speaker type thingy. Ideally a visor mounted or similar.

The project will not deliver any bike related benefits hence the requirement to keep costs down. 8)
