Yes, after 3.5 years, I am going for my back op next Thursday. Just a clean up of my L4 and 5 but needed. have been on the max tablets too long. For those who have had a similar op, how long before you were back on the bike? I’m hoping to recoup until Xmas, then start again in the New Year on the bike. I will be signed off work for 3 weeks, will it be too soon for a little ride before I get back to work.
