i have been uploading images onto here by copying the url from my outlook skydrive. The image appears in the forum post, but the after about 10 minutes, it disappears and all that is left is a little image icon. what is happening?

I was nowhere near it!

The url from Skydrive will more than likely be a private link. The reason you can see it is because the image resides in your cache. If you want to share some pics on the forum, I would recommend just chucking them up on a a site like imgur.

presumably skydrive doesn’t like hotlinking ?
