… in the borders near GT would you use them?

Wife came on here earlier to ask, but her account was blocked for some reason.

I live miles away Smee but when I choose my Physio I did a lot of searching on the internet for local physio's and went for the one who had a good back ground in sports injury's.

I go to the one locally to me – and i wouldn't go to someone just qualified and only qualified as a physio – remedial massage is not the same as physio.

TJ – she has been qualified for a long time and is looking to go back to the area she is best at – dealing with sports injuries and their prevention.

If she told me to sit in an ice cold bath – I'd seek a second more professional opinion.

She would probably kick you out. If you think I am forthright in my opinions she makes me look like a lamb.

Jedi – I ran my thoughts past her and she agreed with everything/added bits in as appropriate.

Looking forward to having a beer with you when you're up.
