If i get the cranks and the ring is it going to work with my 10speed chain?

I can’t see why not, but I am sure someone will tell me there is a simple reason that I am over looking.

Yep should do, although why you’d have 11s cranks without the rest of the drivetrain is another question altogether!

Need a new set of cranks, but the rest of the drive train is only a month old, so I’m not going to swap that out for some time.
