    The kid scoring the winning 3 pointer (Kris Jenkins) had his step-brother (Nate Britt) on the other team. As 11 year olds they played on the same team coached by the Britt Snr, but due to a family split up and Jenkin’s mother having to move away, he was going to have to leave the program. So his mother asked if the other family would let him live with them, which led ultimately to them adopting him in 2007.

    No dessert for him tonight 😉

    I do love a bit of basketball for just that reason.
    Not sure many others on here would agree judging by the lack of comments

    Been reading various reports about this today – not a basketball fan, but following a lot of NFL related feeds means one gets a few other American sports stories in the off-season. Jeez…they pulled back a 10 point deficit only to lose it with pretty much on the buzzer. Extraordinary game for sure.
