Probably a very simple one – can anyone identify my neighbour’s bush (they don’t know)?

trim it back a bit and you might find their clematis.

Triffid, narked off and about 2 days from mutation into neighbour-killer.

    Google Hibiscus syriacus ‘Oiseau Bleu’
Could be a baby robin though …

Oh – hollyhock – I’ve heard of that! Thanks, looks very similar.

We’ve got one of those. Always the last to come out of winter hibernation and the first to drop its leaves. Very twiggy when bare.
LOTS of flowers on ours too. The bees love it.

Yes the bees love these ones too. I’m moving house and want to put one or two in at the next place.

Your neighbour’s bush could do with a good prune.
