   Hi, I have my Ibis Mojo Up For Sale The Bike Was Built For Me 3 Months Ago With A Good Attention To Get Into Biking In A Big Way Although This Has Not Been The Case Due To Picking Up The Golf Clubs Again.

   This Bike Has Been Very Well Looked After In This Time & Is In As New Condition.

   Below Is The Spec On The Bike:

   Brakes: Avid Juicy Carbon

   Bars: FSA Carbon

   Stem: OneOne

   Grips: ODI

   Front Mech: SRAM X9

   Rear Mech: XTR

   Front Cassette: Shimano

   Back Cassette: XTR

   Wheels: Mavic Crossride (Flat Spokes)

   Seta Post: EA50

   Seat: Prologo

   Front Shocks: Fox Float

   Rear Shock: Fox RP23 Boast Valve

   All The Above Parts (Excluding Front Cassette, Front Shocks & Saddle) Where New When The Bike Was Built 3 Months Ago.

   Also The Bike Has Recently Had The Gear Outers & Brake Outers Changes For White Jag Wire Hoses/ Cables.

   The Bike Is Also Fitted With A Bash Guard (Down Tube On Frame) That Is Fitted As Standard To The Ibis Mojo HD.

   Viewing Is Welcome Although I Need 24Hrs Notice Before Hand As The Bike Is Kept At The Local Bike Shop. No Test Rides Will Be Given Until The Money Is Handed Over.

   Bike Is Also Fitted With A Datatag. Sold As Seen With No Return

   why would it be anything other than sold as seen?

   its used, the buyer knows this, knows the risks, if he rides it round the corner, hits a parked car and then walks back with it saying he was JRA etc

   give it a break eh!

   Thats when you sell a car. You can visual, check a bike allover and be fairly confident its in good condition. You can't guarantee any part of a car. All you can say is 'its been ok so far'.

   The Bike has 3 Months Of Light Use Since Being Built Up. Any Interested Parties Are More Than Welcome To come & View The Bike & Make There Own Mind Up

    No it doesn't. If you check your statutory rights even in the case of second hand deals you have legal recourse to terminate the sale and return the item if you find a fault that renders the bike unfit for purpose. The OP stating no returns is an attempt to try and wave sellers rights that is not legally valid.
