Whole country is full of gun nuts.

I was watching “Doomsday Preppers” on Discosvery channel whilst in a hotel out there which seemed to be full of people convinced that at the first sign of a zombie apocalypse the Feds were going to take their shitty little shack by force and so spent 10s of $k fortifying them (when they could be starved out in about 3 days or burnt to the ground with one petrol bomb). Fruitloops the lot of them….

Yeah saw that at lunchtime it comes with a free copy of “How to raise boys Feminists will hate”!
Coupled with this BBC article http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-28616115 these foreigners are mental.

It’s all a bit mental.

But if you are going allow people to carry guns, open carry should be mandatory.

Yes it could be. More probably really are, but even now anyone who wants to run for office has to show some kind of faith. This in a country where church and state are constitutionally separated… People now talk about coming out to their parents as atheists.

There was also a documentary last night on C4 about kids and guns. All bat shit mental, the lot of them. The most sensible person on the show appeared to be a 4 year old girl who’s parents had bought her a gun for her birthday. She seemed to recognise the whole thing was completely insane and didn’t want anything to do with the thing.

Talk about making yourself a target. If someone plans to go mental with a gun (as appears to be a national pastime in the good ol’ US of A) then they’re going to go for the “open carry” brigade first surely?

Not according to some of the tea party members, to paraphrase ‘to stop the bad guys with guns we need good guys with guns’. If I recall correctly this was the response after that congresswoman was shot and various others with her killed, the attacker was shot by a member of the public who was carrying a concealed weapon, which proves that if more people had guns we would all be safer…

A quick google will probably give a more accurate version of the above.

Ah but it was a concealed gun see? The bad guy would have targetted the open carriers first perceiving them as the immediate threat.

The reality is they’re just showing off.

A minority group has now gained massive publicity for their minor publication. Well done them for manipulating the media to carry their message.

But if you are going allow people to carry guns, open naked carry should be mandatory.
