Now I’m only 35 but carrying many injuries that need careful management or I’m in a lot of pain most of the time. This beautiful weather has had me out with abandon, forgetting to stretch/warm up, staying out too long. I’d love to be 14 again, made of elastic, scant disregard for bike maintenance, clean clothes or tyre choice. A glug of milk, some/any food, a quick spank (or two)of the monkey and ready to roll again.
If I cant get it right soon I might have to hang up the wheels. Easy said than done as despite the above I cant wait to ride again.

Not all sunny over here, you’d be supprised how many dirty looks I get riding anything more expensive than an apollo and I still ache after! Bring on being older
