So last night it just got ridiculous with the budget tyres on the van!! I put 10 slabs in the back so approx 200 kg and the super tacky fronts decided to act as tho it was black ice all the way home!! Even forcing the traction control to work it’s nuts off when going up a steepish hill at 30mph. So I phoned the tyre place and he agreed to swap them, full refund even tho they’ve been on six weeks and done prob 600 miles. I upgraded to mid range and paid the difference! That is what I call fantastic customer service!!

Best not name them allowing this good deed remain between the two of you.
