I came back, hosed the bike down, hosed myself down and got changed into dry clothes.

Ate my tea, drank some red wine.

sun shone all day long – nice long haul around pitfichie on my lonesome – home, washed bike, showered , mrs tlr prepared quesadilla's {mmmmmmm} and some white wine !
