Currently I use Diadora Chilli Extreme but toes still feel cold when the temp drops.Wearing an extra set of socks seems to limit circulation.

What to the muddied and unwashed masses on here recommend? 😉

A decent pair of winter boots like the Shimano RW80 etc and proper mountaineering socks. Miles better than these so called “waterproof” socks that are not actually that waterproof, thin and very cold when wet!

I wear Gaerne Eskimos for my road rides
    and
    Gaerne Polar for offroad

Historically my feet got so cold that they hurt but the above footwear has transformed winter riding.

Even with merino socks and NW artic boots I still get cold feet due to bad ciculation the only way I can cure it is using these too;-

I managed to get a box full off ebay last winter, so it works out @ 50p a ride which is well worth it for nice warm toes 😀

Pair of 3mm neoprene socks from eBay – around £5 a pair. Pair of cotton socks underneath to wick away the sweat. Toasty warm and waterproof through the mud. Best buy of the winter.
