    I’m using Motion X GPS.
Mainly for recording rides, I don’t train.

I bought Viewranger the other day and have to say it’s the best I’ve used yet for navigation.

If you just want to record routes and compare times try using Runkeeper or Endomondo.

i use viewranger and then upload files to training peaks to log mileage and routes.
viewranger is expensive, but brilliant. i’m hoping future updates will make it as feature packed as the symbian version.

if viewranger is too expensive, then go for cyclemeter, sprintgps or motion x. all good apps for tracking routes.
