I am a crap Googler. I can see they are on LinkedIn, but won’t use that as I don’t think it would be appropriate.

*(I know that at best it will be picked up by a PA, but you never know eh?)

I was just wondering if there was any way of getting their email addresses. Most of the other company email addresses are (for instance) yourholiday@, customercare@ but I’m not sure it would be simply firstnamelastname with no dot, dash or underscore!

No idea. Give it a shot. Do a mail delivery receipt and a read receipt if you’re sending from somewhere that allows it?

Just to add weight to that, their domain is registered to a person with an email address in the forename.surname@onthebeach.co.uk format

Might be more productive going all twitter on them, a bit of public shaming may be more productive regarding getting a response!

Got a bounce back from William.allen@, but promisingly…not one from simon.cooper@

will give them the opportunity to respond before twitter/facebook. Plus…my rambling complaint is waaaaay longer than 140 characters!
