I tell you what, when you are the only wage earner with expensive bike and car habits and an extended family to support Job Seekers Allowance is a real wake up call to what some people have to live on. It cost me 1 weeks JSA just to get to an interview.

The good news for any STW Jobless in IT and still looking is that the market is picking up but employers are really fussy about having the exact experience then are after.

I may have left the club but I am still thinking of you.

Got the 96er, got the XC, sold the freeride after it tried to kill me. Tempted by a 4x or jump bike. Might see what the place in Switzerland is like as I will be there every other week for a while. Could sneak it past the wife that way.

Still hassling her for another car but she wants the kitchen done first. You can’t drive a kitchen for Christ sake! She can’t drive anyway which sort of kills my argument.
