That’s just a horse with a stuck on horn (are they called horns?).
You’d never be able to ringfence a unicorn in reality.
They are far too cunning to be trapped like that.

Unicorns were wiped out in the Bible

    God didn’t like them much:

The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.

    Isaiah 34:6-7 (KJV)

    So Noah left them behind.

With no options left they evolved into Narwhal:

And to this day they swim in the ocean, causing a commotion, because they are so awesome.

The tapestry is in Stirling Castle:

Cue a discussion as to whether the unicorn in the tapestry is an allegory for a husband.

Or is it the ellusive Bi-sexual female who plays alone in the world of the Swinger?
