    Hi there,

My cousin is currently doing her advanced higher product design project and is looking at how mudguards could be made easier to use and more effective. She has made up a very short questionnaire here. You don’t need to use a mudguard, in fact it’s great to hear from those that don’t use them. It only takes a minute and your help is greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks
    Gregor

Done. But as noted forced to add entries to complete that are not applicable if you don’t use one…

Dunnit. It’s something that’s undergoing another push due to the polypropylene sheet style like Mucky Nutz, the Full Windsor guards look interesting but are more of a road bike rain guard than a MTB mudguard.

I reckon something seatpost, not saddle mounted that functioned like a butt fender/full windsor would be the ticket for a lot of riders (well, hardtail riders).

Built in lights to the rear guard? Save interfering with any on your seat post?

Oooh i didn’t think of that, tiny little LED ones that don’t weigh much, would also save trying to fit lots of stuf on the small amount of seat post available if you have a dropper post.
