   Thanks DS! It was sunning itself on top of a stalk. I've rarely had a easier chance to photograph a butterfly.

   Thanks all! We could always have a butterfly and moth pic thread...

   They are difficult to get pics of, though, unless you either have loads of patience or get very lucky!
